I'm guessing that it's because of the serum and toner that I used before, because when I used the cream itself, the back of my hand was only velvety. It's definitely too heavy for my acne-prone combination skin, especially because of the sprig it creates, but it would be perfect in winter. I'll definitely look at it then. But for dry skin, for example, I think it is not moisturizing enough.
